First of all, welcome to the Cebuano Wikipedia. We have very few articles here (don't depend on the automated stat counts, because that counts thousands of bot-generated articles), and we seriously require volunteers, even those who don't speak Cebuano.

I'm sorry I was not able to reply promptly; I had a lot of other things to do.

As to your query regarding JV's article: I don't know what you mean by "legal instrument"? Thanks.

Unfortunately I don't know the actual Cebuano translation. I'm going to check it when I meet one of my Witness friends. It's something called Ang Bantayan or something, but I better check first :) --Bentong Isles 23:12, 22 Enero 2008 (UTC)
