«Прямоугольное двухстороннее полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, воспроизводящее в середине полотнища фигуры из герба городского округа город Ак-Довурак, выполненные белым, синим и красным цветом».

«В серебряном поле под лазоревой главой, обременённой горой о трёх остроконечных вершинах (из которых средняя выше) в цвет поля — червлёное пламя и поверх него — фигура, переменяющая цвет с лазури на серебро и состоящая из двух встречающихся в пламени и переплетённых частей: вверху — сдвоенной нити, положенной в опрокинутое стропило, причём внешняя нить на конце образует петлю; внизу — также сдвоенной нити, уложенной по границе заостренного наверху столба, причём внешняя нить на конце также образует петлю».
