Čeština: Vlajka obce Val, okres Rychnov nad Kněžnou. List tvoří dva vodorovné pruhy, žlutý a modrý, v poměru 5:3. Ve žlutém pruhu čtyři za sebou a vedle sebe vykračující červení volci, poslední se zvednutou oháňkou. V modrém pruhu vodorovně k žerďovému okraji obrácený žlutý obilný klas.
