Čeština: Horní Studénky, okres Šumperk, vlajka obce. List tvoří tři vodorovné pruhy, zelený, bílý a modrý, v poměru 9 : 1 : 6. V žerďové polovině zeleného pruhu bílá radlice hrotem k hornímu a ostřím k vlajícímu okraji listu, provázená po stranách pěti ( 2, 3 do oblouku) žlutými osmicípými hvězdami. V modrém pruhu pod radlicí vyrůstá z dolního okraje listu hlavice žluté berly se závitem zakončeným lilií a obráceným k žerďovému okraji listu. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3.
