Ceajer Chan Ka-keung (Traditional Chinese: 陳家強) GBS JP (born 1957),^[1] gitawag usab nga KC Chan, mao ang kanhi Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury sa Gobyerno sa Hong Kong. Siya usab ang ex officio tsirman sa Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation, ug usa ka ex officio nga miyembro sa Hong Kong International Theme Parks board of directors. Mibiya siya sa gobyerno ug miapil pag-usab sa Hong Kong University of Science and Technology sa 2017.

Edukasyon

Naghupot siya og bachelor degree sa Economics nga gihatag sa Wesleyan University, gisundan og MBA ug Ph.D. sa Pananalapi gikan sa University of Chicago.

Karera

Nagtudlo si Chan sulod sa siyam ka tuig sa Max M. Fisher College of Business sa Ohio State University.^[2] Niadtong 1993 siya gihinganlan nga Dean sa Business/Management ug Propesor sa Pananalapi sa Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Sa wala pa moapil sa gobyerno, si Chan adunay daghang mga posisyon sa serbisyo publiko lakip ang tsirman sa Consumer Council ug direktor sa Hong Kong Futures Exchange.^[3] Miyembro usab siya sa Exchange Fund Advisory Committee.^[4]

Miapil siya sa gobyerno niadtong 1 Hulyo 2007 sa dihang gitudlo siya isip Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury ni Donald Tsang.
